I found these cheap picture frames in the $1 bin at Target. Three frames for $2.50. I covered them with paper and added embellishments and they turned out GREAT! I'm going back tomorrow to buy a bunch more!! Good ideas to sell at my craft show coming up in August!!! Enjoy!
